Project Evaluation

I enjoyed the brief, I lost time from changing what brief I was originally doing and had a lot of work load near the end because of illness and my part time job but nevertheless I'm very pleased with what I have produced. The brief at first I thought was quite hard to actually understand what Monotype actually want. I broke down key bits from the brief I wanted to design from. Creativity I thought was key for this project and avoiding cliche. Typography is an area I have never really done work purely on. Creating my own typography is obviously original and basing it to a film in a playful way I thought makes it exciting to look at. I feel I have answered it in a positive way. I also feel I have matched my proposal nicely too which is good. Things from this project I didn't do well was definitely time management, I got dates wrong and should of had more work done at critique to get more feedback but mistakes will be learnt and at the end I'm satisfied with my outcome. My touch point is pretty simple but would be nice for just a postcard souvenir promoting transformers.
