Mechanical text | 'Mekanika'

I thought of the idea of making transformers characters out of letters to spell out a word. So i had a look to see if someone had done something similar before, unfortunately I didn't find anything that I would of hoped for, but I did come across this font a designer made by 'Riccardo Sabatini' called Mekanika.

'Mekkanika is a typeface inspired by old mechanics technical drawings, the steampunk visual world, and modern machinery, mixed and merged all together to form letters completely made by these elements, creating a mechanical look like typeface'

They look incredible, its a shame the creator didn't actually release it for download. But it has triggered inspiration into creating my own mechanical transformers-esk font.

Im intrigued to see Riccardo Sabatini's other work...
