The name of my event is 'Mad Ogre' which is going to have a illustrated logo next to it. I need to pick out a font for this. I want it to be unique and bold.

Im not sure if I want something scripture or more basic. Ive been trying to look for websites that use a scripted logo on a professional sans serif font website. Ive seen a few and it seems to work on there, such as Slipknots.

I am going to go with "Dumbnerd" I think it suits what the text is saying, its unique and can be recognisable.
