Choosing a theme

I need to find a theme that matches my proposal wireframes.

Events

This one is really nice, it has a very similar structure to my wireframe. 

EventMe - Event Landing Wordpress Theme

This has a similar structure too, but its a one page website.

Vocal music

This perfect literally fits perfect to what I want! Just needed to know if I can put a search bar on the navigation at the top. So I asked the seller a question about it. But definitely my favourite out of them so far.
